The three most widely used types of coverage include Blanket Mandatory School Sponsored Event Insurance, K-12 Voluntary Student Accident Insurance, and Catastrophic Accident Insurance.

Blanket Mandatory School Sponsored Event Insurance is specifically designed to cover sport and non-sport school sanctioned activities. In addition to athletic events, this insurance will protect students participating in extracurricular activities such as drama, debate, and clubs. K-12 Student Accident Insurance is voluntary and covers students while at school or at a school activity. This policy can be extended to cover a student 24/7 and serve as a blanket policy to cover accidents after school hours.

Catastrophic Accident Insurance is extended coverage of the Blanket Mandatory policy. Coverage is provided for large-scale accidents and limits can be as high as five million dollars in lifetime benefits.
