| I don't know the exact number of participants in my camp. How
should I fill out the application where it asks for the number of
campers? Simply estimate the anticipated number of campers. If you have held camps in previous years, you can use those numbers to estimate your premium. After your camp is completed, return the audit forms that are included with your medical information. You can fill out the exact number of participants and remit any additional premium at that time. |

How do I multiply the number of days and number of participants to arrive at the proper premium for my camp(s)?
Using the following formula will enable you to arrive at the proper premium. First, multiply the number of participants by the daily rate of either $.65 for youth commuters or $.85 for youth overnight campers. After you have your daily rate, then multiply it by the number of days in your camp session. Example: I have 80 resident youth campers for four days in one session and 100 youth commuters for five days in my second session. What is the premium?
