Insuring over 1,000 sports camps yearly, our team is well aware of the insurance requirements these organizations must fulfill. Bene-Marc has combined several elements into one program to make the process easier.
The first part of this program includes General Liability, which in most cases, is also a requirement for the Director to secure a camp venue. Comprehensive General Liability includes:
$1,000,000 policy for bodily injury and property damage
$2,000,000 aggregate
Coverage includes participants, spectators, and members of the general public
Liability for premises owned or rented to the insured
Liability for all operations and activities necessary to conduct the camps or clinics
Optional benefits include: non-owned auto, physical abuse and molestation.
General Liability is placed with a Surplus Lines AmBest A+ Carrier or Markel Insurance
 
The second half of the program is Excess Accident Medical and Accidental Death & Dismemberment, which includes:
$50 standard deductible (Higher and lower deductible rates available)
$100,000 maximum for any one accident incurred by an insured person for medical care which results from injuries that occurred while participating in a covered activity
Accident and sickness medical benefits are excess to any other valid and collectible coverage
The plan pays reasonable and customary expenses incurred within 52 weeks of the date of the accident. The first expense must be incurred within the first 26 weeks of accident date.
Dental treated as any other injury, except AIG has a $250.00 limit
$5,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment
$1,000 sickness benefit for overnight camper with $50 deductible
Excess Accident Medical written by The Hartford, American Insurance Group (AIG), or Markel Insurance Company.
